We are looking for a Senior/Lead UI/UX Designer to help design and coordinate the building of our many innovative web applications. We build advanced software and web applications focused on streamlining the sales and internal processes in a variety of industries.  These include public-facing marketing websites, insurance exchanges, sales CRM systems, client, agent, and administrative management portals. We embrace the newest technologies, and software paradigms, and place an extreme emphasis on UI and UX design. Candidates must have a high level of experience in user interface/user experience design and web application product development. This will include business analysis and requirements gathering and documentation from all business stakeholders and internal/external clients, wireframing, prototyping, and coordination of project development using agile methodology between Graphic Designers, HTML/CSS Layout developers, and Software Engineering team to deliver product to spec and on time.   • Serve as a primary designer for digital media properties
  • Conceptual Ideation & Art Direction
  • Analyze user experience problems and create design solutions that meet business goals

Position Summary:

We are looking for a driven, passionate, and creative individual to join the team responsible for developing deep consumer insights and driving brand strategy. Reporting to the Director of Insights & Strategy, you will work collaboratively with different business units to analyze competitive environments, trends, and consumer demands.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Develop strong consumer insights through an integrated research approach including, social media
  • Collect, analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data from multiple data sources, including primary and secondary market research as well as internal data, using a variety of research and analytical methods as required (using the lens of digital anthropology, psychology, sociology and cultural studies to provide context and rigor)
  • Provide strategic insight, written briefs, and brainstorming collaboration/support for internal teams
  • Actively contribute to the planning and conception phase of creative projects by uncovering key consumer insights, providing a critical view of the current category/market landscape, and developing a point of view on the challenge we are trying to solve
  • Maintain a working understanding of the “big picture” of social media and how they relate to overall objectives/targets
  • Facilitate and contribute to internal and external ideation sessions
  • Field multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation


  • (Ideal) A minimum of 2 of years’ experience in strategy, research and/or analytics
